What do we do at FIBRAeMX?

We invest in transportation infrastructure projects. We analyze investment opportunities such as roads, airports, ports, among others that benefit the development of Mexico to later invest in attractive projects that are complementary to the current portfolio of projects, always with a long-term perspective.

We optimize the operation of our projects. The projects are operated by our partners with recognized experience in the infrastructure sector. We participate in decision-making and lead the financial and fiscal optimization of projects to improve the returns of our investors.

We generate stable returns for our investors. Thanks to our investment philosophy focused on transport infrastructure projects with an operating history and our constant work on the optimization of our portfolio, which provides our investors with a stable and attractive return profile.

We consider the environment and the social impact. Our investment decisions and the management of our projects take into account the highest standards of environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibility, protecting our investments and contributing to the sustainable development of the country.

  • CKD Infraestructura México (CKD IM) - institución precursora de Alom Infra – firma un convenio de coinversión con CDPQ, un fondo de pensiones canadiense y uno de los más grandes del mundo, enfocado en realizar inversiones en infraestructura y energía en México.
  • CKD IM realiza su primera emisión en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, autorizado por la Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, por un monto de MXN $17,215 millones.
  • CKD IM realiza su primera inversión, comprando una participación en OVT a ICA, en una plataforma de 4 carreteras federales y estatales.
  • CKD IM realiza su segunda emisión en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, autorizado por Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, por un monto de MXN $1,289 millones.
  • CKD IM realiza una inversión en Altán Redes, una red móvil mayorista de telecomunicaciones que tenía como objetivo el 92.2% de la población mexicana. El grupo de inversionistas que respaldaba a Altán Redes incluía entro otros a IFC, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, CDPQ.
  • CKD IM realiza su tercera emisión en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores por un monto de MXN $390 millones.
  • CKD IM realiza su cuarta emisión en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, autorizado por Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, por un monto de $ 400 mm MXN
  • CKD IM realiza una inversión, en conjunto con CDPQ, en el Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, empresa la cual es controlada por Aleatica quien a su vez es subsidiaría de IFM Investors, uno de los fondos de pensiones australianos más activos en términos de inversión en infraestructura a nivel global.
  • CKD IM formaliza su inversión en Kino Energía, plataforma (8 proyectos) de energía solar y éolica con mayor capacidad en el país. Dichos proyectos fueron desarrollados por ENEL Green Power. La transación se realizó de manera conjunta con CDPQ.
  • CKD IM fue pionero en ser el primer fondo de infraestructura EN LATAM en firmar los principios de inversión responsable.
  • CKD IM sale de la inversión en Altán Redes, tras liderar el proceso de restructura de la compañía.
  • Alom Infra surge como institución consolidadora de la operación de CKD IM y Fibra E Mx y las iniciativas estrategicas a futuro.
  • Fibra E Mx realiza su emisión inicial en BIVA, autorizado por la CNBV, por un monto de MXN $6,639 millones.
  • Como parte de su emisión inicial, Fibra E Mx adquiere su participación en OVT, plataforma de 4 carreteras federales y estatales, la cual fue vendida por CKD IM.
  • Como parte de su emisión inicial, Fibra E Mx adquiere participaciones en 3 proyectos carreteros, portafolio Maroma, de Coconal.
  • ALOM Infra realiza la inscripción preliminar ante BIVA y la CNBV para la emisión ALOM Gwatt, un vehículo especializado en inversión y administración de activos de energía – generación de energia renovable; convencional; distribuida; baterías y eficiencia energetica; e infraestructura de transporte y almacenamiento de hidrocarburos- en México.
